Amazing!!! We ordered the Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich Kit! If you order on Monday or Thursday, they have fresh gluten free, and they were happy to substitute a few of the cookies gluten free and they packaged them separately. We LOVE this amazing cookie shop! They are definitely the best, super accommodating and always perfect!!

The cookies are very average and grossly over priced. They are pretty small for being $4-6 a piece. Bristol Farms "The Cookie" are only $3.50 each and are better tasting and 3 times the size of Cookie Element. Gave stale cookies. Clearly they were trying to get rid of the old cookies. Emailed them and called. No one did anything. Also there were only 10 cookies, and one of them was crumbled to pieces.

fell below my expectations. cookies way too sweet especially the June Cookie of the Month: Key Lime Pie and the Choco Chip Cookie. the key June Cookie of the Month: Key Lime Pie was also dry.
