You really can't go wrong with Fusion Peru. The Chicken Quesadilla is one of the tastiest quesadillas I've ever had. I tried the Aggie Burger tonight minus the barbecue sauce and my daughter and I both liked it. The bun was soft and perfect and the meat is so well seasoned. I had never had food from a Peruvian restaurant before but I am really glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to try something different. Looking forward to trying other things.

The pasta and the sauce was absolutely amazing. It's not too rich so I finished everything in one go. Was not a fan of the beefsteak. It was very thin but had a crumbly powdery texture, seems to be old frozen beef. Their beefsteak tasted dredgers and juicer for dine-in. Definitely on the pricier range for sure.

Quality is good just barely any protein on the quesadillas. I order the chicken quesadilla & it's barely any chicken on there for $18 it should be stuffed!

One of my top fav foods- the chicken Tallarin Saltado and the Arroz Chaufa are excellent with the Salsa Criolla and Fusion sauce - not to mention they need to add those Alfajores they sell up front to the menu! I would buy a couple batches at a time they are so delicious
