Seems to have been premade and frozen not soft serve consistency. Reminds me of grocery store ice cream. Little sad about experience

Disappointed. Not soft serve ice cream like it looks in the photos. They send it frozen and hard as a rock.
Barely any strawberry syrup and hard to enjoy. To each their own.
