Jjajangmyeon / 짜장면 did not stand a chance with my hunger. I like that the sauce came separate from the noodles. A quick reheat of the noodles in a pot with a bit water and added the sauce. The noodles were perfectly chewy, and the sauce was rich with delicious bits of pork and onion. It's a repeat item anytime I am in the mood for cafe Patio.
