La VaKa, opened its doors in the Spring 2024. The idea was born, our daughters' birthday.
we LOVE La Vaka. I usually get the mole enchiladas or the verde enchiladas, they never miss. Great portions for the price as well.

the street tacos was full of uncooked onions Mexican STREET Tacos (5) with meat and radishes on top. we really didn't like it tbh and it was wasted. however I got the SPECIAL DINNER and it was HUGE so were able to share that. veryvery good rice & beans.i love that it made peas and little potatoes like in the south or Mexico when i visited.Wehad also gotten the FRIED TAQUITOS MEXICANOS as an appetizer and for the guac and sour cream serving for our food and they were excellent also. crunchy ends bu otherwise soft, lot of soft shredded chicken meat.ery big portions so worth the price & consider sharing. we will order again

BEST Mexican food and breakfast burritos I've had since I left Texas!! Truly tastes like high quality fresh Mexican food! The salsa is 100% the best salsa in Manchester, it's taken me years to find a good Mexican food place until now!

forgot my drink and the salsa really brings out this bad taste from the chips. The steak was a mediocre and cheap steak, I tried to add some sides in attempt to make it better but it did not. flan tastes meh but it's runny inside which is not how flan is supposed to be. Will not be ordering again
