The food is always superb. My son experiments with new items and lets me taste them. I think they are good, but I Love the Caterpillar Roll and the Cucumber Salad . Everything is delicious and fresh. So yummy!

Good food. The portions are always fulfilling. Food presentation is always on point. We try other sushi places and ended up coming back to Koji Ramen for the price and good portions.

I had the Tiger Roll , the shrimp was delicious and tender. I'm really picky about the texture of shrimp and this was perfect. The Black Yasai was amazing as always. I enjoy the half and half so I get the veggies too. Yum!

The salmon was not good and they gave me the tiniest portion :( not worth the money. the squid and octopus was good.

Hands down some of the best ramen I have ever tasted. So delicious, the broth is to die for, and the noodles are amazing!
