Great ramen but not many options (no options for spice)!

The spicy miso ramen is always delicious. Lots of depth of flavor in the broth, handmade noodles perfectly chewy, and toppings are unusual -- spinach, onions, lettuce, mushroom, seaweed, runny egg, charshui pork. My go-to every time.
