Very nice Ramen. I think tatsu ramen is just a tiny bit more authentic. A bit bolder. But its super minor.
I wish it had a little more ramen but its the same amount most restaurants give you.

The Vegan Shoyu Ramen did not come with bamboo shoots & they put less mushrooms. It was not prepared the same way, when I dined in a few weeks ago. They try to cheat customers with delivery order & charge $19 with much less veggie toppings. I only got corn, broccoli & bean sprouts.
