The food generally tasted weird. The fries and chicken had an old oil taste to them and the breading has a different texture. Honestly reconsidering ordering again. This is the third time it's happened at two different stores and it feels like a general lowering of quality standards.

The Cobb salad didn't look as pictured and the chicken was rubbery. I got the chicken strip but they grossed me out after a few bites. Only gave me one packet of dressing. Not a good experience but the driver was cool and followed directions

the chicken sandwich was tasting a little off. as if it is a bit bitter, but other than that, the food was as expected and arrived on time.

There was no protective packaging for my drink. No tap or anything covering the straw hole.
