I HAD to get the Ariana Grande Petal cookie! It's really good! Buttery, flaky, not overly sweet. Nice and rich too

Baking for Beyoncé is a terrific way to show quality while marketing the bakery. Are the cakes good? Yes. Cupcakes? Yes. Cookies? Yes. It's a professional bakery where you cannot go wrong.
HAVING SAID THAT, the Honey-Butter Biscuit is the best biscuit I've ever had. I'll keep writing about it. I'm not even a "biscuit guy" or live in a "biscuit household." But they're simply too tasty.
Thank you, staff, for always being helpful and courteous. From the first time I walked in for a birthday cake to walking in with my pup for a Funfetti Friday and/or getting DoorDash delivery, the quality and ingenuity is always terrific. Love this little Fishtown bakery to (biscuit?) pieces!

The best Honey-Butter Biscuit in the city. There are great biscuits made at Reading Terminal from a fairly famous restaurant. There are many bakeries in the area, almost all of whom have some type of biscuit. But the one from Cake Life is supreme.
They made me a birthday cake several months ago. I got a slice of cake a couple times over that timespan. But once I discovered their biscuits, Cake Life is now a must-have.
I think the prices are a touch steep for what they're serving; however, quality costs money. And they're still way more affordable than many bakeries in the area. Just sayin'.
Everything this bakery makes is great, but ya gotta try the biscuit. Or not, so more for my household! Thanks, Cake Life! And for being nice to my pup.
(If the store sees this, could you explain what the kielbasa item was? There weren't any descriptors for an atypical item. Thanks!)

Please keep making those amazing honey-butter biscuits. Those, alone, are nearly worth a daily stop. But their cupcakes and slices of cakes are great if entertaining only a couple folks. If you need a party sized cake, their Funfetti one is decent. Their best is probably the chocolate "campfire" layered cake.
While I have had better cakes elsewhere, this spot is very clearly my new favorite due to the quality of everything they offer. It's not a cake shop with a few random goodies. To me, anyway, it's a goodie shop that also makes banging birthday cakes.
P.S. To the shop itself: please ensure the biscuits are always available via this app, as I'm unable to get to your physical location. Thank you!
Honey-Butter BiscuitCampfire Cocoa Cake SliceFunfetti Cupcake and the pistachio-rose cookies are the items my household loves. Although, I almost want to keep their biscuits a secret so they don't sell out or become unavailable! lol
Oh: the freshness is always there. Clearly baked daily.

Obsessed with this bakery!!! Love their croissants, cakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and honey butter biscuits. The ONLY place in Philly I'd eat a biscuit tbh cause nothing else compares to the light fluffy cathead skillet biscuits I had growing up in the south around here. Hard to state what my favorite item here is though but the cinnamon roll has no comparison that I know of in Philly, is huge, perfect texture, with a delightful cream cheese frosting that's criminal cause it leads me to buying more. Cakes, cookies, pastries are always fresh and last for days. Coffee is good too! Cake life can take all my money lol ya only live once
