I could eat that jalapeno sauce like a milk shake, it's so good! I also really loved the curry sauce. That bowl was like 2lbs of food though lol huge portions!

Tropical grille is one of my favorite places! However I think it was the quality of service at this location. Food was dry, not enough beans or chicken. The food tasted like I got the end of night left overs.

Barely any meat in bowl, plantains were hard, and no real ranch. Won't be ordering from this location again. Much rather a more consistent store

The sauces were given in little containers and they were only filled half way. We had 2 orders and they gave 3 containers of sauces like we were supposed to split half a container. Disappointed and would have paid more for extra sauce but there was no option for that.

I got #4 South of the Border Bowl and added black beans, added black beans and Baked Sweet Plantains (order correct); one coworker got Yellow Rice And Bean Mix (order correct); and my other coworker got #8 Chicken Veggie Bowl (only got one of the sauces she wanted).
Order was delivered super quick and driver Nathaly was very nice.
My rice was a touch crunchy and the chicken was pretty dry. My coworker's chicken was super dry too.
I usually give 5 stars, but was unable to do so today.
