I'm absolutely stunned that some folks didn't have a positive experience
I ordered off of the Caterer menu. The portions were huge. The cost was $100 but it would've fed an army. Portions are huge. We shared with many friends and family. We eat what I would call normal portions.
The food is outstanding in fact, I just DoorDashed lunch.
If an event needs a food truck certainly check it out because they have a very special ambience that they might bring, but I would definitely use El Pollo Loco the next time I need a taco truck

Burria tacos were fried to a crisp, so that it was almost painful to eat, loaded with tons of cilantro (almost more than the total volume of meat). Ended up scooping out the tablespoon of meat & eating it on a chip. Shrimp taco had 3 small shrimp in a raw tortilla. Not appetizing or worth the price.

The chicken was excellent, not dry and the salad and beans are rice with delicious and the avocado was perfect

there's no 3 chicken AL carbon combo on this app, please add it to make it easy and cheaper. you have to order 3 tacos 🌮 individually, instead of a combo. almost $3.00 a taco, you got ppl messed up. that chicken quesadilla was so small, for $7.00 dollars heck no very disappointing. please step it up.
