We think this is the best bagel place in the mayfaire area but we're constantly disappointed with the wrong items being delivered (ie: no peanut butter on PB&J, wrong bagel selection, wrong juice selection). Every single time. We keep going back because we like the bagels just wish they would be more consistent and accurate with their orders.

Refund please!
1) I ordered specific donuts (that's why I chose "choose your own"!) and half of them were wrong
2) I ordered an everything bagel but received plain
3) the oil the egg was cooked in tastes old and not edible
4) order screen made it look like pickles would be IN the sandwich (like the spinach), not separate
5) WRONG donuts and bagel, but quality and portion of donuts and bagel is good, if only they were correct!
