Amazing bagel and coffee was perfect PLUS The ice wasn't just water. it was coffee as well. I can't give it more stars but I'm going to make this my breakfast choice.

The Minty Mocha 20oz didn't even have a hint of mint. The Beggin Eggel looked like somebody threw it together in a hurry and the bacon was chewy.

White Mocha 16oza was good.. got a blt.. I think it would be better not to put the mocha in the brown bag .. it steamed the bagels and my bagels seem litttle soft and not the crisp toasted ..feeling

Bagel dough was raw and requested it toasted and it was soggy and undercooked. How do you undercook a bagel?

Anytime we order two of the Black Sesame Latte 16oz they come watered down? But if we buy only one, then it comes full flavor. Pretty sure theyre splitting the batch, but it tastes awful watered down. Super dissapointinf as usually the drink is delicious! But this is our third tike having this happen!
