I have placed orders from Krispy Krunchy several times in person with no issues. That is why I felt comfortable ordering via Door Dash. I was not expecting what I received yesterday.
I ordered catfish which was unbelievably hard (tough), mushrooms (the breading appeared dried out and very well done) and a biscuit which was the only item that I didn't have a problem with.
I tried to eat the food because it was actually my dinner but I couldn't finish because it tasted so bad. I put what I didn't eat in the refrigerator but I am sure it will taste worse today so I am just going to throw it away.
I am wondering if Krispy Krunchy prepares in person orders differently than delivery orders. It really seemed like the food had been prepared long before it was packaged for delivery.
I will not be ordering from Krispy Krunchy in the future.

My food was hot and fresh!!!! Tenders Krunch Box was juicy and crunchy. Fried okra was cooked perfectly. I will be ordering this again!!!

The chicken was not as crispy or crunchy as I had hoped but it was still petty good. The size of the tenders are quite large. The mac and cheese was decent.

I ordered the family meal for 32 dollars and only received 9 pieces of a 12 pice 2 side Signature Chicken Family Meal, I am highly disappointed in the absence of food.
