Katsu Curry Don is absolutely the worst katsu i've had ever. Barely had curry, and the katsu tasted like it was battered on fried steak breading rather than Panko or something like it. The curry tasted homemade rather than using japanase curry. I've had some katsu curry at other places here that are more like the signature taste i had while living in Japan.
Gyoza was floppy and seasoned like a spicy mocktail. And the gyoza sauce was acidic rather than sour. It needs more sesame oil perhaps.
