Texan says Ray Rays is THe Way Way!! Incredible tender brisket and amazing meaty ribs. Sausage OK, but Texans like kielbasa with no spices. Sweet & Mustard sauces both Yummy!! Cant wait to have it again.

they don't remove the silver back, way too spicy of rub, they don't coat with bbq sauce before serving. sides were too small for the price and nothing special. Baby Back RibsCollard GreensBaked Beans . I ordered a full rack and got just a lb. no where does it say by the lb. Collard Greens had too many stems.

The pork was VERY VERY dry and rib tips inedible. Very disappointing, we have had Ray Rays before and it has been good. It's just very inconsistent in our experience. An expensive DoorDash for it to be bad.
Also, I do not recommend the banana pudding. It is instant pudding mix with bananas cut up in it and Cool Whip on top.

If you're looking for a delicious, flavorful, locally owned BBQ, this is the place!
For the MEAT SWEATS & Baby Back Ribs, We chose the original rub with sauce on the side. The rub flavoring was perfect! The sweet BBQ, mustard BBQ & jalapeño BBQ sauces where out of this world!
The Mac & Cheese was different BUT amazing! The Baked Beans are out of this world good! If I didn't live 1-1/2 hours away, this would be on my go to for BBQ! I would drive to get this again!
You won't be disappointed with the generous portions or quality of the food.

The baby back ribs were small and I got [like] the ends, but not the price was not small and I kinda feel like I got it in the end. The other selection of ribs ordered were better. Mac and cheese was good, and the baked beans were as good as anywhere else. I'm mean, damn, throw some onions and peppers in the beans. Couldn't be that much of a cost to you.
