• 26-07-30So it's been a long day, and I honestly thought I was ordering from Firehouse Subs. I didn't realize until after the Dasher had already picked up my order that it was actually Jersey Mike's. Unfortunately, this was my first experience with Jersey Mike's, and it pretty much confirmed what I had already heard and expected about the quality. In my opinion, the food simply doesn't compare to Firehouse Subs. The taste, quality, and overall experience fell well short of what I was expecting. I'd encourage management to take this as constructive criticism and focus on improving the quality and flavor of the food. Good food is what brings customers back, and based on this experience, I don't see myself returning. Again, this wasn't even a restaurant I intended to order from in the first place, but after giving it a try, I can honestly say I was disappointed and would choose other sandwich shops over Jersey Mike's in the future.

• 25-02-11the #6 Roast Beef and Provolone seemed dry, the meat no flavor. i dont think i will be ordering this again. roast beef is to be flavorful and juicey.
