Food was great! However, we expected to get more bread and dip for the bread with the order based on a prior conversation with the restaurant. There was no option through DD to order extra either, so that was a bummer! Subtracting a star for that reason; the food we did receive was excellent!

The cheese pizza was worse than Pizza Hut. Seriously disappointing. The Alfredo was below average and bland (and $25!!!!). The meat balls were fine and the bread lacked any kind of butter or garlic. Decided to splurge on an $80 order and was failed by Napoli. Seriously that pizza was awful.

Too much money for okay food. Bland. Too much melted cheese and not much flavor. Wrong type of cheese in the manicotti. And it was like half a manicotti, not a full length shell. Won't order again.

The Chicken Parmigiana was overcooked and burned. There wasn’t much sauce or spice to enhance the plain spaghetti noodles. It was also not very warm. I was very disappointed. Your competitors are outshining you Napoli.

For the price the portions are very small. Also the Alfredo sauce was sparse.
