I've visited La Salsa Verde in the past and the portions, flavors and freshness are amazing! I decided to order the quesa birrias tacos with the consume, honestly some of the best I've had in a very long time. Highly recommend it, thank you!!!!

Solid place for some tasty yet quick and cheap tacos. Only complaint was one my carnitas was super fatty. Like almost complete fat. Not a big fan of fatty bits but I like CARNITAS so I expect fat here and there but a full taco of fat was kind of ridiculous. All the other tacos were great. Would eat here again.
For reference, in my review photo (from top to bottom) I got 2 carnitas tacos, a birria, a chorizo, and a tinga de poll.

This is now my #1 street taco place edging out a few Dallas taco legends. Their meats are all quality and juicy especially the Pastor and Norteno. I don't usually get cheese on my street tacos but i'm getting addicted to the ___iqueso tacos. The quesadillas are tasty but messy. The only thing i can't get here is a good mild verde salsa. Their green salsa is pretty spicy.

I was really pleased with how many lime wedges and toppings came with the 8 tacos I ordered! some places give you the same amount of toppings for 1 taco as they do for 10 tacos so I was worried with this being my first order but they gave plenty! I also love how the onions are separated from the cilantro because I don't care for much cilantro - that was an added bonus! The meat in the tacos tasted great, although it was super greasy. still really good! I'll definitely order again!

It was my first time trying this restaurant. I must say these tacos were delicious and the best I found so far yet. The closest tacos to the ones back home in Chicago.
