Pepper lunch is usually good but tonight the rice was too buttery and the meat had alot of fat making it tough to chew

I visited this store in Japan and was excited to try it when I got back. I ordered to go and honestly it was quite disappointing. The beef wasn't seared instead it seems like they steamed it and the rice was undercooked. Additionally the portion size was ridiculously small I ordered the large with the intention being to split it and it was barely enough food for one person. Considering how expensive it was it definitely feels like a rip off. I would only order again in Japan.

Hardly any protein for ratio of rice to protein was 3 to 1. The food overall had no taste. We had to remake it ourselves and had flavor.

The Jumbo size was the same as the regular sized bowl.
