I usually only get Lotus drinks from here, and blueberry muffins, but they are always amazing, and Lotus drinks are so good. I love that this is a Christian based store, and I LOVE the bible verses on the cups!!! God Bless!

I absolutely LOVE launchpad. The drinks are always so delicious and their customer service is excellent. I love getting to go in person, but since my work schedule doesn't always allow me to make it over to the shop, I'm so happy they are available for delivery on here. I highly recommend this shop for some of the best beverages and foods in town.

Steer clear of PAYING EXTRA for the "loaded" waffles. It's almost always pointless because the strawberries and whipped cream are forgotten. The waffles and coffee are amazing, the accuracy is lacking.

The bad: the drink for me is extremely sweet- taste like fake vanilla and their espresso must not be that strong bc I can't taste it at all so get more than one shot of adding to a blaster. It taste so fake I couldn't even drink but two sips. The Belgian Waffles were okay the strawberries very fresh but there is like literal CLUMPS of sugar and they are like hard to eat. Maybe I'd order again but just plain.
The good : the pup cups were good - the strawberries tasted fresh on the waffles. The portion on the waffles was not "mini" lol
