• 25-08-28Chick-fil-A is always by far the greatest tried this for the first time and it's our new favorite always fresh great portion and way better than most places!! Will def order again!!

• 26-08-31It doesn't matter how many times a person complains, nothing ever changes. If you order extra ingredients, THEY WILL NEVER BE INCLUDED HOWEVER YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THEM

• 5 days agothe customer service and lack of management is unbelievable. i have never experienced a more incompetent chick fil a than this one and I have traveled all across the country. this one is the absolute worst. they have zero ability to prioritize and the concept of moving customers through quickly is non existent. Even when you go through a drive through, the line just stalls. they need training from corporate. it is horrible. if you have an hour to spare and are 3rd in line, this place is for you!!

• 25-08-29It's Chick-fil-A, so the sandwich was consistent with every other Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich.
However, the problem I had was that the only food I ever put mustard on is Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches, so I asked for 2 packets of mustard. I don't buy mustard because I literally only use it on one food. It was on my order slip, but they didn't include not one packet of mustard.
I honestly thought I had just wasted my money, but luckily, I had bought a salad at Walmart a few weeks ago that included a mustard packet for some odd reason & I saved it, so Walmart saved my Chick-fil-A sandwich. If not for that, I would be even more angry right now.
So, it's a spicy chicken sandwich, exactly as advertised.
I got the macaroni and cheese on the side. I didn't think anyone could mess up mac & cheese until yesterday - you learn something new every day, I guess.
