I got everything as described. Instead of neatly packaging my items, my Regular Cajun Fries were dumped into the bag and filled up the bag halfway. I ordered a regular. Not half a bag worth of fries. Bag was drenched in grease at the bottom and ripping when it was handed off in the lobby (where it was delivered). I had to dig to the very bottom of the bag just to get to my grilled cheese :(
