Why does this Starbucks consistently make and serve the most bitter Espresso shots on the planet?! I understand the coffee they use and roast is NOT the best but if we are spending this much money on an Espresso drink cant the Baristas put out better shots?! Please.

I paid $7.75 for a Strawberry Açaí Refresher that tastes like water. Be sure to check all of the options, because for some reason the fruit inclusions need to be added...even though that's part of the drink. I wasn't aware of this, so I wound up with fruitless water.

Another drink with such BITTER shots that You have to try and cover up the HORRIBLE tasting shots with store bought Cold Foam! UGH!! Do I not pay enough to get decent tasting shots?! $20 is a lot of money to pay for a cup of coffee --don't you think -- to then get crappy shots?!?! I have had good shots from Starbucks but I was at the Starbucks when they opened! UGH.
