The pho here has the BEST flavor of the many restaurants I've tried around Boulder and Longmont. My daughter and I get pho twice a week!! It's that good!

Mostly delicious. The fried items were a little overcooked and dry, and I wasn't expecting the rice paper wraps to be do-it-yourself! The seafood pho was excellent but the combo pho was just beef and vegetables, which was disappointing.

Wrong order? The Pork Vietnamese Crispy Egg Roll was delicious but the Combination Pho had raw fatty meat in it when I only requested chicken and chicken broth and some strange fuzzy noodle that did not look appealing; it made me ill to smell it or look at it. Also the pho noodles were hard and the broth lacked flavor and was inedible.
