Look at the size of this full slab it's not all bones a lot of meat on it. You can tell this was just made too.

I ordered the long end and slaw. The slaw was fine. The ribs were under seasoned. They didn't even remove the membrane from the ribs. See the pic below. The taste was just smoke and sauce.

what I received was not remotely what was Described in the information about the sandwich. the sandwich was still tasty and the fries were good.
