The pretzels were frozen in the middle and they forgot the cheese sauce that comes with it. They are expensive pretzels in the first place.

Although I am required to select a dipping sauce, I NEVER seem to receive it.
Also, I think DQ needs to check their Sprite tank, because mine tasted like SELTZER! No Flavor.
