Bowls are fresh and delicious, plenty of toppings. Also really great consistency, I've ordered a few times and never noticed a change in quality.

The food is great but they've messed up my order twice, I've only ordered twice.. I ordered a medium bowl they send me a small. I ordered topping of banana and strawberry and they put blueberry instead.

Seriously? One single strawberry for a $16 bowl? Never ordering here again. Go to Down to Earth instead — they actually pile on the toppings and give you your money’s worth.
