We waited in restaurant for over an hour in for pick up.
It was our first time using uber eats gift card, we placed the order, app said it would be ready for pickup in 16 minutes. My husband went to pick it up and waited for an hour and 20 minutes before it was ready!
The food was not freshly made. Very disappointing.
