this has become my new go-to for fresh vegetables and chicken, I love that the ramen with curry is not salty. It just tastes very clean , not heavy on the sauce. fresh! Unfortunately, they have missed an ingredient before and today I was sent the wrong size, they sent the small which was plenty! so good!BUILD IT: MAZEMEN (REGULAR) BROTHLESS RAMEN

The CURRY KATSU DON - PORK was delicious (though I didn't like the kimchi), the breading on the cutlet was crispy and didn't taste like old grease. The toppings were also pretty good, even the greens which were sour but yummy. The curry itself was bang on, would definitely order again. The BUILD IT: DONBURI (REGULAR SIZE) with chicken was also pretty great, my partner was satisfied with the dish and the breading was the same as the pork in the curry dish. The CALPICO MELON (BOTTLED) 500ML was sweet and so satisfying to drink. The only thing we didn't really like was the ONIGIRI - CHAR SUI PORK but that was a matter of personal taste since it was made very well and fresh. Would definitely order from here again, very well done!

BUILD IT: MAZEMEN (REGULAR) BROTHLESS RAMEN amazing, not salty, I had the curry noodles instead of the miso and that made the difference. the chicken is delicious.

BUILD IT: MAZEMEN (REGULAR) BROTHLESS RAMEN.it was ok but the ramen beneath was inedible due to being so salty. the first time I had food here it was insanely good, but man never had I felt the salt crunch between my teeth. I will try again because maybe it was a one off. and everything else in the bowl was good.

The broth for the soup was too salty. It was so salty it was undrinkable. Before poring it onto the meat and vegetables I replaced it with some chicken stock. The rest of the soup, pork, noodles and vegetables were fine.
