I tried giving this kitchen another try. The 2nd time -- the chicken was a tad bit better. The 3rd time -- the chicken didn't waste fresh, still a tad bit dry, and the flavor was a little bit off. It tasted more salty-like than anything. I'm probably not gonna try again anytime soon.
I hope they can start cooking their chicken a little bit better. We need a good Popeyes to stay open late like this. But, for now, I will probably just have to try to order from another location in general. The Popeyes on Divisadero is cool.

I should've read all the reviews before ordering. They're all correct. The chicken was very dry, hard and overcooked. The biscuit was dry / hard with barely any buttery taste. I definitely won't order from this location again - and I thought the location in Fillmore was bad.

6 Classic Bone-In Wings were terrible. Over cooked, dry, and barely any sauce. They also did not add any of butter or honey with the Biscuit
