Having never heard of it, I had to Google it, and decided on the Torta Ahogada y 2 Tacos Dorados / Torta Ahogada & 2 Golden Brown Tacos. It was prepared very quickly and delivered nice and hot with consomme, great pickled onions, limes, and hot 🥵 salsa. Absolutely delicious!! I'll have to find this when I get home to Colorado. I'm only here for a couple days, but I can see me ordering from this place again!

The Tacos de Barbacoa / Barbacoa Tacos were more like tacos de birria in disguise. Barbacoa is not made in salsa and is just usually cooked in its own juices. This had a stronger flavor like birria and had that deep red color, I swear I'm not crazy and they sent me tacos de birria. As a Texas girl, I don't play about my barbacoa, and this was not it. The Tamales were delicious as always.
