The food is always delicious, but unfortunately, whoever was working today didn't pay attention to details. We were missing all 3 of our drinks, multiple side sauces, and the driver waited for 25 mins for our food.

We paid extra to have the pretzel bites as a side for the 4 Piece Combo but received cheese fries instead...for someone who can't eat dairy, this was disappointing. The fries did not seem fresh. You just expect better, especially paying $84 for 5 meals.
On a more positive note, the chicken was juicy and fresh, and the order arrived quickly.

I am so pleasantly surprised! This was my first ray rays experience, and it was yummy! I'll definitely be eating here again, excited to try some tenders next time. The portion is a lot, a good amount for the money.
