Decent size side portions - coleslaw and barbecue beans were very good plus a rack of large meaty perfectly cooked ribs fresh nnot reheated. Delicious. Also included very good sweet but not too barbecue sauce plus a couple slices of grilled bread. Definitely enough for two. Best ribs I’ve had in Gainesville.

The best ribs I've EVER had! Amazing rub, sauce, flavor, amazing collard greens, so good. The cornbread flavor was great but it was a tiny bit dry. Mac n cheese flavor and creaminess could be improved, it was very bland and runny. Ribs were outstanding though!

Hadn't been in Gville since 2015 (9 years ago) Adam's rib was the first locally based restaurant I wanted to order from since I'm back in town. Ribs are always just short of fall off the bone tender and well-seasoned. I prefer some chewiness to my ribs, which is how proper Q should be. Places that boil their meats and then finish on the grill make me sad. Adam's Rib Co. doesn't engage in such nonsense!
