The brisket and pork are only dry rubbed so you decide on the type and amount of sauces. Their fish and turkey are excellent also...our favorite place for fish.
Love the collard greens and mac & cheese too!

The pork was incredibly dry and the Carolina style sauce tasted to much like mustard. The mixed sauce was ok but not what you would expect from a BBQ joint. Other food may be good but the pulled pork isn't where it's at. The banana pudding was ok. The portion size was decent for the cost.

The Ribs - Full Rack had no flavor, tasted boiled to me. The bbq sauce was good. The best part of the meal were the Collard Greens Side! Absolutely delicious. Potato Salad Side was weird to me, I didn't like it.

Collards had too much vinegar. Chicken was too tough. Brisket Dinner was too dry and not very tasty. My roll was inedible since it was soaked in vinegar from the greens. The Fish Fry however was great. Banana pudding also just wasn't banana pudding.
