Went in to pickup my order. The bowls were handed to me. No bag, no spoons, no napkins. I ordered and paid for extra bananas and blueberries. I did not get them and when I asked about them I was told that they were "stacked" in there. They weren't -And they usually give extra in small cups. The other bowl was ordered with no bananas - it had them in there. Not paying attention or caring is a critical part to retain customers. Mistakes happen, not caring is a choice.
