They send the lettuce wraps already made instead of keeping the lettuce separate so they are soaked and soggy and you have to eat it like a salad instead of wraps. Recommend doing it like PF chang and sending the lettuce separately

Not my first time having Balter, but this is my first time ordering it in. The limitations set on the DoorDash ordering were kind of frustrating. The food was fine. Love the sweet potato fries. Wish they had some with honey mustard though, or if you were allowed to add that to the order or even write a "special request" for it, but unfortunately that feature is turned off. Also, $5 for a singular scoop of vanilla ice cream is pretty crazy!! I would eat again. Would definitely  recommend dining in over ordering though.

Missing items. I ordered the Jackson Avenue Salad and Balter did not put the chicken in for my salad. I called and they said that DoorDash would have to refund me even though it wasn't Door Dashes fault.

Missing food- missed 50% of the order and the guacamole and chips were terrible
