This place is great for a new-to-us find. The Burrito Wrap was HUGE and packed full of my customizations the Build Your Own Bowl didn't disappoint either. All of the ingredients taste fresh, the sweet pork is spot on. We'll definitely be ordering again!

Both of our bowls came incomplete. The Burrito Bowl was missing the cheese and guac and the Korean was missing the pickled onions ( the whole reason I ordered this one). The sweet pork was overly sweet and it was lacking acidity. We love this place and come often so we were bummed to have it be such a miss today especially paying full price for our bowls, only have to have integral items left out.

I love bowl factory, this time they just missed including the Southwest sauce on my Southwest Bowl. Still yummy, just wishing I had the sauce!

I thought all the ingredients were added already and the options were extras since they have an extra price annd my bowl came just with rice and protein, nothing else. The price was already + $15, if I would have added the toppings they described it would have been about $20.
I think they need to add all the ingredients they describe the bowl come with even if the price would have a higher price.
