I wanted to try Potbelly Sandwich Works, so I ordered the Italian sandwich and was disappointed. The meat and cheese were both a bit skimpy-could have been a little more of both. The bread didn't seem fresh either. Overall, it could have been better.

The sub roll was outstanding! The cold cuts and toppings were fresh and delicious...my wife and I shared the sandwich it is enough for two...

My first experience having potbelly. The sandwich was absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients. The sugar cookie was perfection. Will order again, highly recommend.

This is my first time ordering from Potbelly the chicken pot pie soup was delicious. The Skinny tuna salad was bursting with filling and the flavor was amazing. I would order again, maybe try a different sandwich to see what that flavor is like.

Too spicy ! First time ordering, I thought by spicy peppers they meant something similar to jimmy jones ... I was wrong! Good sandwich tho!
