I can't even begin on how to describe this store. The detail they put in every meal is phenomenal. Had to call them once just to let them know how good their cafe is. The matcha einspanner is phenomenal when you add one pump of earl grey. And their avacado toast? You'll find nothing like that but most of all, their deserts OMG. The banana pudding is off the charts along with their cake and cinnamon roll. Their chicken and tuna melt is out of this world. I buy from them EVERY SINGLE DAY. They are phenomenal.

The food here is always tasty. They use fresh ingredients and prepare it well. I haven't had their drinks. But the hot Pesto Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich is really great. It has a wonderful mix of ingredients and is a good mix of flavors and textures. The cookies they sell are a pretty good size and are usually soft. The croissants are really outstanding when fresh. The prices aren't good for what you get, but if you're in the mood for something freshly made, it's worth getting.

I'm genuinely baffled by the great reviews..the iced chai tasted like nothing it was like water with a hint of cinnamon, the chicken tikka was atrocious it did not taste good at all. The cake was SO DRY, it doesn't taste likea tiramisu, no coffee added to that...I feel ripped off, please do not buy from this place it seems like they censor their reviews bcs i really don't understand how their ratings are so high..i paid $40 for 3 items..what a waste!!!

All the matchas are a 10/10, especially the Iced Earl Grey Matcha! It's always my go to. The portions are good!

There's no privacy cover or stoppers on the drinks which means your drink is exposed during delivery. Most places that sell drink often have a stopper on the drink or a privacy drink cover where you can tell if it's been tampered with but this just has an open spout. Not hygienic from the packaging POV.
