The rice from Miso is always top shelf in texture, overall quality. superior to any I've had from a New Haven restaurant. And, the rice is important!

• 25-09-30I LOVE MISO's Negimaki.! I rate them as the best around. This batch was outstanding. So thin and light yet and very flavorful. their rice is always toothsome and fresh. Paul always enjoys Miso's sushi and sashimi, creative special forms as well as traditional. You must try Miso's restaurant!
