So today, I tried a local food truck called Mamma Fran's. This was my opinion based on my first time experience.
Cheeseburger - The burger was cooked well, and tasted like a homemade burger you would cook up in a frying pan. There really wasn't anything that would make this cheeseburger stand out from any other burger you would get at a restaurant other than it is quite a large portion for being a single patty. I recommend this item.
Chili Cheese Dog - This is a standard sized beef hotdog with chili, cheese, and onion on a poppy seed bun. Overall, I felt this chili cheese dog was rather average for the price you pay and the portion you receive. In fact, I feel the chili cheese dog is overpriced considering you can pay less and get more from other food truck vendors that specialize in hot dogs. I wouldn't recommend.
Overall, my experience with Mamma Fran's wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The flavor of the food is good, however, a majority of the menu items are overpriced for the portion you are receiving - and if you are looking for a more budget friendly lunch - I wouldn't recommend stopping here. Otherwise, its not bad.

Tried several items they were delicious all of them. Food arrived fresh, warm and perfectly wrapped. Portions were bigger than we expected. Looking forward to order again.

The Italian Beef was everything I wanted and more lol! The flavor was good and it was such a massive sandwich, I almost didn't have room for the fries. Will be returning again :)
