Clear broth that is perfectly balanced with aromatics. Very tender slices of beef. The hand pulled noodles are the star: bouncy and perfectly chewy. If this was so good as delivery it's probably even better at the restaurant!

Tasty but not too salty. Felt like some typical homey dished & the Mapo Tofu, Dry-Fried Green Beans & House Special Chow Mein did the job. Meant to get long (regular) noodles but got sliced & they were still good. Generous portions. Will order from here again!
