Everything was excellent, fresh, and prepped and packaged with care. I really appreciate the customization options and the creativity of the menu items. This is the perfect spot to grab lunch downtown and I haven't had a bad item yet! 10/10 recommend.

I have been in love with this place recently, their Portobello Mushroom sandwich might be the best sandwich I've every had and I'm not vegetarian. Usually love their BYO Breakfast Sandwich also, bagels are tasty and bacon crisp but lately the bagels have been undercooked, still doughy and slightly raw in the center. I'll still order but would like a firm and fully cooked bagel.

One of the best breakfast sandwiches ever! The Red Rooster was *chefs kiss* on an everything bagel.

I love your bagels in the morning but recently garlic herb butter has been added, at random, to the sandwiches without notice. I would appreciate a way to decline this. Its way too overpowering. I just want a bacon and cheese bagel.

I love the food here. Everything is fresh and delicious! This is a go to meal for me. But skip the online ordering and go to the store. there are a LOT of kinks in their online ordering system, like you might not actually get the soup you want or they don't call your name when yor food is ready. So go in and meet the AMAZING staff. Don't doordash it.
