Ordering from Hooters is hit or miss... sometimes order comes perfect.. others like tonight it is horrible.... fries so soggy I couldn't eat them... wings barely breaded and they forgot my ranch dipping sauce.. and just all together didn't send my bottle sprite... 2nd time in a row the order has been horrible

We ordered from them today and it was not good at all. They put my sauce on the side instead of on my wings so I had flavorless chicken. Even though the notes said extra sauce. Then they forgot my rootbeer. The lady was talking and goofing off and wasn't paying attention. I asked her for my rootbeer she gave me attitude and printed off my receipt and said oh the problem is we don't know if you want the bottle or a fountain drink. I said you all have bottled rootbeer. She said no we don't.. Then why say something like that.... So I had to ask for the drink again remind you the order was already paid for.
We will never come here again you all need to get it together.
