when you feel the need for a high quality sandwich most places disappoint. Firehouse did NOT disappoint! Filled that need, I was very satisfied.

I purchased a drink. It was almost 4 dollars, and it did not come. I called firehouse subs and they blame it on the Dasher however, when the Dasher came, I had asked where is my drink and he had said they didn't send it. Lots of pointing fingers.

Didn't fulfill order correctly. Annoying when all details are listed out line by line! Smokehouse cheddar sandwich was weak. Not a lot of meat and not worth the $10.

I asked for extra cheese, there was barely any cheese on the sandwich. I asked for white bread, the sandwich I received had wheat bread. The sandwich overall just tasted bad and was very dry. Drink was watered down because the order was almost an hour late.
