Ordered a Beef Pot Roast this week. 3 lbs 5 oz. Perfectly marbled. Perfect amount of meat and fat. Roasted it using the NYT Cooking recipe. Outstanding. Best beef pot roast ever. Tender juicy crumbles off your fork. Absolutely amazingly great.
