Chicken with mushrooms was spicy and it arrived hot . I was surprised how much chicken was in my order . Staying in a hotel and the added plastic silverware. I say that as an order in a different town didn't include. You would think it would always be included!

I had a Craving for Sushi & Seafood Soup tonight and my husband said Fuji's Shrimp Fried Rice with Pineapple sounded really good, so we ordered via Door Dash. Our delivery was timely & our driver personable.
My seafood soup was pretty good but the broth could use a touch of Umami. My husband's Rice dish was perfect and a generous portion as we have come to appreciate. My Hawaiian Roll, while good, was missing the usual sauce that is served with it. I received Soy Sauce instead which kind of put a damper on my taste buds...

We absolutely love Fuji Yama! We have dined in and gotten take out multiple times. The sushi is delicious, Hibachi Chicken is great, and literally every other dish we've tried. They never disappoint.
We ordered pick up order this evening and they accidentally forgot the fried rice with the hibachi (they've never forgot anything so it's definitely not a habit of theirs btw), we called, and they drove an order of fried rice to us. We were so shocked! Their staff and management are so kind. 10/10!

The Steak Hibachi (Lunch) is so good, tender and flavorful. Plenty of meat and veggies not just a big brick of rice.

This is the only place that their Hot & Sour Soup is nearly identical to the one my favorite restaurant served. The rest is great too but the soup is all I want when I'm sick.
