I prefer Crave over Crumbl. their cookies have more texture, flavor, and substance. Crave Pack is similarly priced and a good value. their banana cream pie cookie is absolutely phenomenal and so was their salted caramel. im also glad they offer gluten free, where crumbl has no option.

So I will have to give this a solid 6 out of 10 only because how thick the cookie is, it is so thick to the point where how do you guys know when it's fully done? I read comments that said that their cookie was not fully cooked and I can't understand why because it's so thick and especially in the middle you could still taste the rawness of the cookie dough. It's still good. It's just really really thick.

Undercooked. They were either too undercooked or overcooked. Plus it tasted bland.
